Registration for tournaments hosted by the Bloomington Normal Girls Softball Association are posted on the USA Softball of Illinois Website. We will be using Tourney machine to accept registrations, your payment and for tournament scheduling. To enter BNGSA tournaments you must:

1) Create a Tourney Machine account so your team can register. 

2) Register for the tournaments using the USA Softball of Illinois Website.

Our events are played at Champion Fields/Maxwell Park, one of the top softball facilities in the Midwest. The facility has hosted multiple USA Softball National tournaments the past two decades.

2020 Summer Tournaments

Registration is open on Tourney Machine

  • Day in Normal - April 25 (Saturday Only) - Divisions: 10 Open, 12 Open, 14 Open (Two pool-play games followed by a cross-pool game against your corresponding seed) -- REGISTER
  • Memorial Day Classic - May 22 - May 24 - Divisions: 10 Open, 12 Open, 14B (Three pool games then single elimination) - REGISTER
  • Windmill Classic - June 5 - June 7 - Divisions: 10 Open, 12 Open, 14B (Three pool games then single elimination) - REGISTER
  • USA Qualifier - June 12 - June 14 - Divisions: 14 Open, 16 Open, 18 Open (Two pool games then double elimination) - REGISTER
  • Field of Dreams - June 19 - June 21 - Divisions: 10 Open, 12B, 14B, 16B ,18B (Three pool games then single elimination) - REGISTER
  • Firecracker - June 26 - June 28 - Divisions 12 Open, 14 Open, 16 Open, 18 Open (Two pool games then double elimination) - REGISTER

2020 Fall Tournaments

Tentative - October 4, 2020  - BNGSA Ducks on the Pond  - Sunday Only 

  • $300 entry fee and no gate. REGISTRATION and PAYMENT DEADLINE: Midnight CT xxx, xxx, 2020.
  • One day unique event. 14 - 18U open divisions.
  • Every inning the offense will start with runners on base. Game play designed to create pressure situations to expose situations requiring practice. 
  • Situational setup: 
    • 1st inning - runner on 1B
    • 2nd inning - runner on 2B
    • 3rd inning -  runners on 1B & 3B
    • 4th inning - runners on 2B & 3B
    • 5th and subsequent innings - bases loaded
  • 4 team minimum per age group. Three scheduled games against different opponents 
  • Seventy-five (75) drop dead time limit. No run rule or inning limit.
  • Bat up to roster, free subs. No awards or official scoring.
  • Team cancellation policy: Full refund minus $25 admin fee for team cancellation by Noon CT, xxxx xx.
  • Weather Cancellation policy: Prorated refunds minus $25 admin fee if weather causes cancellation.
